How to Get Scatterbug Pokemon?

To advance on the Vivillon sub-medals, it is necessary to pin postcards from gifts before opening them. Begin with three pins for your initial encounter, followed by nine for the second, and fifteen for each subsequent pattern. You can access encounters by using the Vivillon Collector insignia on your profile. Your own postcards are counted, but there is a daily limit of three pins.

There are no wild spawns; instead, depend on global peers to access a variety of regions.

Evolution Chain

To get a Vivillon, you need to evolve Scatterbug to Spewpa with 25 candies, and then Spewpa to Vivillon with 100 more (125 total for each Vivillon). Patterns that match the postcard area include Garden from the UK and Ireland and Modern from the US. Pinap collects and transfers 2,250 candies each pattern (322 catches needed).
